As part of International Yoga Day, the Yoga4unity France team wanted to make videos, articles and podcasts from Yoga experts and enthusiasts available to everyone for 10 days. It is now done. Speakers from the four corners of the French-speaking world offer you their know-how for the well-being of your body and mind. It was also the opportunity to collaborate with my sister, Cécile, to bring the project to fruition.
